Orders are made in the online shop and are payable in advance. Our items are all checked and packaged manually.


All the prices shown on the website are in Swiss Francs and do not include VAT or taxes.
For Switzerland the VAT will be added at the checkout before validation of the order. For the rest of the world the products are sold without VAT.
Any duties and taxes that would result from the purchase of a product from this site to a country other than Switzerland are under the responsibility of the buyer of the product.

The shipment of available items is made by post within 1 working day after receipt of your payment. The delivery costs include a part of the shipping price as well as a participation in the handling fees, for any order in Switzerland or foreign country. We deliver by Swiss Post in PostPac, MiniPac or single mail, with or without a tracking number according to your choice. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Packages are meticulously prepared and your items are well protected. Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form. Before leaving our house, the goods are always checked and packaged manually, and are in perfect condition. Should you notice any transport damage, please inform your Post Office immediately and ask for a report within three days of delivery. The customs and tax (VAT) fees of the country concerned are the responsibility of the final buyer and are not part of our invoice. These customs taxes are beyond our control.
